Mothers & Babies is a postpartum depression prevention intervention, which has been implemented in home visiting programs and other settings serving pregnant women. Our team is eager to work with your agency or system to bring Mothers & Babies to the families you serve. Our implementation model involves a two-day training (3 hours/day) and a monthly consultation for the first year of integration into your practice. We will also be assisting you in creating and executing an evaluation plan to assess the intervention’s impact on your client population. To most effectively support your implementation of this intervention, this survey seeks to prompt reflection on how Mothers & Babies can be most useful to you, and ensure our team is well-equipped to aid your process. This survey is best completed by someone with a leadership position or firm grasp of the structure of your agency.
